Intelligent Voice is a cutting-edge machine learning company that specializes in developing advanced technology for transcribing the voices of multiple speakers. Their technology is used in the insurance industry to aid in identifying fraudulent activity and flagging calls for further investigation.

As a UX/UI designer, I had the opportunity to work with the Intelligent Voice team to conduct thorough research and develop the user interface for their product. My goal was to create a seamless and intuitive experience for users, while also ensuring that the product's advanced capabilities were highlighted and easily accessible.

Through a combination of user research, wireframing, and prototyping, I was able to design a user interface that not only met the needs of the client, but also exceeded expectations. The end result was a visually appealing and easy-to-use product that helped streamline the process of identifying fraudulent activity for insurance companies.
